CUSTOMER ACCOUNT SPECIALIST

YOUR TASKS:

  • Develops and maintains customer relationships with buyers and provides support for order and products queries, quality issues, and technical assistance
  • Helps support field sales representatives
  • Assists in meeting customer requests in a timely matter

YOUR PROFILE:

  • BA/BS preferred
  • Two year customer service and account management experience is a plus
  • Experience in managing multiple projects and attentive to detail
  • Must possess highly developed communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite required
  • Knowledge of ERP system is a plus, MS Dynamics and CRM preferred
