Provides support to both the executive management and sales management teams on a daily basis
Prepares reports and presentations for both internal and external requirements
Assists in annual forecasting and budgeting
Provides monthly/quarterly/annual sales reports
Documentation management including preparation and maintenance of documents as directed. Receives, reviews and manages customer submitted NDA’s. Highlights possible concerns, unusual clauses and stipulations to the Head of Sales North America.
Key user for Tableau software; mapping software and consumable analytics. Maintenance and further development. Trains the users.

Product knowledge: Understanding how p/n’s are built and what product type each p/n represents
BA/BS in business communications or related field a plus
2+ years of report generation and report preparation experience in a sales organization required
Expert in MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook)
Experience with Tableau software required.
Knowledge of ERP systems: MS Dynamics GP, SAP & CRM, or equivalents, required
