IDC Connectors DIN 41 651 for Flat Ribbon Cable

The ODU FLAKAFIX is a product family of Insulation Displacement Connectors (IDC) in a 2.45 mm (.100'') grid.

They are designed to be terminated to ribbon cable.

Features include high contact reliability, long operating life, low contact resistance, and gastight connections at the contact termination.

Connectors meet all DIN 41 651 specifications.

Special versions are available in high-temperature plastic to permit use of connectors on surfacemount boards.

Board-mounted headers come with optional through-hole solder, wirewrap, SMT, or press-fit contacts. There are also pin-in-paste versions.

All application tooling is availble, along with ribbon cables.
